Strategic Action Plan and Program to Assist Health Professionals (Bill S. 1702)

The United States Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) has introduced S.1702, as of 05/19/2021:  A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to develop and implement a national strategic action plan and program to assist health professionals and systems in preparing for and responding to the public health effects of climate change, and for other purposes.

The explanatory statement regarding this Act, printed in the House section of the Congressional Record on or about December 17, 2019, and submitted by the Chairwoman of the Committee on Appropriations of the House, shall have the same effect with respect to the allocation of funds and implementation of divisions A through H of this Act as if it were a joint explanatory statement of a committee of conference.
